Leaders Lead With Their Heart

  5/1/2003

Hi John,

Spring has sprung and Life-Changing Adventures are all around! The topic of leadership with heart has come up over the past months and I'd like to share some great team and leadership perspectives with you this month.

From how the heart led a simple climb up Mt. Si to fund raising on Alaska's highest peak, 20,320 ft. Denali to the simple challenge of being a leader during these times, I hope you're listening to your heart.

Author John Kotter wrote a great book called "The Heart of Change:Real-Life Stories of How People Change Their Organizations" and it shows the heart can be more elegant and powerful than any muscle.

Speaking of elegant and powerful, my heart has opened up as you'll hear friendly new voices here at PlayTime Inc. We are growing rapidly and currently have more leads than we can follow up on! New additions are Adam Hitch, Simon Priest, Chris Kutach and Jo Ann Fjellman. I invite you to say hi by calling (206) 686-2313 or (877) 652-0875 and hearing our updated greeting!

So I invite you to this month's healthy heart check-up! From the inside of your emotional heart to the outside of your physical heart, sit back and enjoy the stories, then get out there and use your heart to make your day a Life-Changing Adventure today!
