Here are some ideas you would want to de-stress your environment at work. Take a look….
Make sure you have a clock visible, set to the right time and loaded with fresh batteries.. Task lighting on your desk. Warm lights are easier on the eyes and head. Display a small table top fountain in your office. The sound of the water can be very calming.

Keep calendar out of immediate view, unless of course, you have a hot date! Having the calendar off to the side minimizes stress. Keep your desk free of clutter. This will allow your mind to focus on completion of the daily tasks. Careful, the clutter free desk might cause your boss to think you don't have enough work to do.
