Facilitation
John has expert facilitation skills honed by the sharp edges of
Microsoft experience. Working with over 7 teams from different technical
background and different organizational agendas, John has mastered
the art of getting people to agree to do the right thing and to
solve problems once thought unsolvable. For example, John worked
on the Exchange Performance team long before Exchange 4.0 shipped
and went on to be the world fasting selling server product. At the
point he started, the product would only support 1 person before
crashing due to performance. By the time his team was finished,
over 24,000 simultaneous users could connect to this server due
to the enhancements facilitated by his team.
Corporate and Technical Experience
This is no out in the woods, Birkenstock operation, this is hard
core change bred in the real working world. John has the unique
capability of being a technical person and having the ability to
speak and write. He deeply understands the quirks and counter-culture
of high-tech people and quickly bridges the skeptical gap that many
